1. Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. Orders are prepared and dispatched from Massachusetts, United States. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm service availability for your destination.
2. Preparation and delivery
Order preparation takes 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier service. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, carrier conditions and holidays; any specific promise displayed for your order takes precedence.
3. Shipping charges
Standard shipping costs $9.99 per order below the free-shipping minimum. Free shipping is available when the qualifying merchandise amount exceeds $99. The qualifying merchandise amount is calculated after coupon discounts and before shipping and taxes. Shipping charges are excluded from the qualifying merchandise amount. The available service and final charge are shown before you place the order. Free outbound shipping does not include free change-of-mind returns.
4. Tracking your order
We provide shipment and tracking information when available after dispatch. Use Track My Order with your order details to check the information recorded in our store. Carrier tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
5. Delays and cancellations
If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you and provide the applicable delay, cancellation and refund options. Contact support@fifthgearwatches.com if you need help with an unshipped order.
6. Address errors, missing or damaged deliveries
Check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs correction. If a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be located, email us with your order number and relevant details. Keep the packaging and photos where possible. We will review the issue and work with the carrier as appropriate. This process does not limit rights under applicable law.
