The newsletter form is supplied by Brevo. Its popup remembers when it was shown or dismissed and suppresses another popup for 30 days. That display interval does not automatically delete the stored timestamp. You can clear site storage through your browser.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; this does not by itself cancel a newsletter subscription. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop those messages.
