Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, promotional events, holidays, or carrier delays.
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Eligible FIFTH GEAR WATCHES timepieces are backed by a 2-year limited warranty from the delivery date against eligible manufacturing defects under normal use.
The limited warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects related to the watch movement, hands, dial, crown, clasp, or other internal components after review and approval by our support team.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, dents, cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, water exposure beyond stated specifications, unauthorized repairs, modifications, lost items, or damage caused by improper handling.
Water resistance depends on the specifications shown for each product. Unless specifically stated on the product page, watches should not be used for swimming, showering, diving, or prolonged water exposure.
Avoid strong impacts, extreme temperatures, harsh chemicals, and unnecessary water exposure. Keep the crown fully closed before exposing the watch to moisture and store the watch safely when not in use.
