1. Two-year limited warranty
Fifth Gear Watches provides a two-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for new watches purchased directly from Fifth Gear Watches. The period begins on the date of delivery. Warrantor: Fifth Gear Watches, Massachusetts, United States. Mailing address: 257 Irving Street, Framingham, MA 01702. This is a seller warranty and does not imply that Fifth Gear Watches is an authorized dealer for any manufacturer.
2. Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch, including its movement and other components, when used normally and in accordance with the model’s instructions. Keep proof of purchase and delivery. This limited warranty applies to watches sold and delivered by Fifth Gear Watches within the United States. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. Requesting service
Email support@fifthgearwatches.com with your order number, model and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video may help us evaluate the problem. We will provide shipping instructions and review the watch before confirming the remedy. Do not send it to an unconfirmed address. Warranty registration is not required; other reasonable proof of purchase can be considered if the original receipt is unavailable.
4. Remedies and costs
For a covered defect, repair or replacement will be provided without charges for covered parts or labor. If an appropriate repair or replacement cannot be completed, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by law. Any consumer right to choose a refund, replacement or repair takes precedence over this service sequence. We cover reasonable necessary shipping for a covered claim; contact us for a label or reimbursement instructions. We will communicate the expected service time after assessment. No paid work or inspection fee will be performed without your agreement.
5. What this limited warranty does not cover
Normal wear, cosmetic damage from use, ordinary battery depletion, loss, theft, and damage caused by accidents or misuse are not manufacturing defects. A battery, strap or bracelet with a manufacturing defect is not excluded merely because of the type of component. Water-related damage is excluded only to the extent caused by use outside the stated rating or care instructions; a manufacturing defect affecting water resistance remains eligible. Third-party parts or service do not automatically void coverage; damage actually caused by them may be excluded. These limits do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
6. Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It is additional to applicable statutory and implied-warranty rights. Nothing here disclaims or shortens rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A manufacturer warranty, if separately applicable, is governed by its own terms and does not replace our obligations.
