At FIFTH GEAR WATCHES, we want you to feel confident with every order. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how return requests, exchange requests, inspections, and refunds are handled.

Return Window

Return requests must be started within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, protective materials, manuals, tags, and documentation when applicable.

Returns must be approved by our support team before the item is sent back. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The reason for your return request
Photos of the item and packaging, if requested

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or receiving an item that arrives damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending an approved return. FIFTH GEAR WATCHES is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit back to us.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items are inspected after they arrive. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

We may refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of wear, damage, misuse, missing parts, missing packaging, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold as originally received.

Non-Returnable Items

Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
Items returned without prior approval
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first with your order number. If the requested item is available and your original item qualifies, we will provide exchange instructions.

If the requested item is not available, we may recommend returning the eligible item for a refund and placing a new order for another available product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
