1. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn and unused.
Protective plastics and films must still be attached to the crystal, case back, and bracelet.
The bracelet must NOT have been resized (no links removed).
Must include all original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and the complimentary gift (pen and velvet pouch).
3. Return Process To start a return, contact us at support@fifthgearwatches.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized products or items on “Final Sale.” Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
