Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Scope of Warranty Fifth Gear Watches provides a one (1) year limited warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement (internal mechanism) existing at the time of purchase.
2. Exclusions (What is Not Covered) This warranty does not cover:
Standard wear and tear (scratches on crystal, case, or strap).
Battery life.
Water damage (unless specifically stated for the model and if the crown was fully secured).
Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
Any watch serviced by an unauthorized third party.
3. Resolution If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion: (1) Repair the product, (2) Replace the product with an identical or equivalent model, or (3) Provide a store credit.
4. Limitation of Liability Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifth Gear Watches is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition.
